Production AI for document-heavy operations.
Benjamin Farrior designs and deploys practical AI systems inside real businesses. His work spans OpenWebUI, Kubernetes, custom RAG pipelines, document routing, workflow automation, and the operational infrastructure required to make AI reliable in day-to-day use.
Built for real workflows, not demos.
The focus here is applied execution: building internal AI systems that can survive workflow complexity, large document sets, security requirements, user adoption, and business constraints.
Systems I’ve built
-
Operational AI and finance infrastructure 2023 — Present
Leads financial operations while building internal systems across AI deployment, legal intake automation, document workflows, AR/AP process design, cybersecurity, communications, Microsoft 365 administration, and operational redesign.
Selected implementations
-
Custom internal AI platform OpenWebUI / Kubernetes / RAG
Designed and deployed an OpenWebUI environment on a bare-metal Kubernetes cluster, paired with a custom document router and RAG pipeline built to handle legal document sets running into thousands of pages.
-
AI-assisted intake automation Zapier / Azure AI / CRM integrations
Built intake workflows with summaries, classifications, transcripts, automated data entry, and CRM-connected lead handling to improve intake accuracy and internal visibility.
-
Medical chronology workflows AI extraction / review support
Developed AI-supported workflows for medical chronologies and document-heavy review tasks, making large case files faster to interpret and easier to work through.
Built for high-volume, document-heavy workflows.
Benjamin focuses on AI systems that have to perform under real constraints: large document sets, workflow complexity, security requirements, user adoption, and usefulness beyond a demo environment.
Where this work fits.
Best suited for internal AI systems, applied automation, AI implementation leadership, and hybrid operator/builder roles where the work needs to reach production and get used.
